(which was her costume last year and I didn't care if it was damaged at school) and she was a pirate at home. She basically decided that the hat was garbage, the eye patch was crap, and the lace on her shirt was fun to chew on.... oh well... whatta ya do? Kamryn was a fairy this year. She was more than happy to hold still while we "sparkled" her from head to toe. She had a black eye this year so we tried to camouflage it with purple eye shadow, but I think that I only succeeded in making her look like she had two black eyes. I went to wash it off and she had a small conniption fit, so we decided to keep her happy and leave it as it was. Both of the girls had fun going around the neighborhood to get candy. Kamryn was way into it and made sure that Nila never got left out. Kalani said that when there were too many kids at a door to push Nila's wheelchair up in the midst of them, Kamryn would grab two candies and when the homeowner would say, "no no, only one," she would point and yell, "it fo Nila!" What a good little sister.
They trick-or-treated until Kami refused to walk anymore and then came back to the house to eat and gorge themselves on candy. For the rest of the night whenever the doorbell rang Kamryn ran as fast as possible to answer it while yelling "TRICK OR TREAT!"
